Cory and his crew went above and beyond to fix my 2003 Chevy Blazer on Saturday. They stayed late to complete my car and fixed the coolant leak. They had to remove and replaced the Water Pump and Intake Manifold gaskets that had caused the coolant leak. Thanks so much!!

The front desk staff at the location made it so easy. I scheduled my appointment a week out, received a confirmation text once scheduled, received a reminder of the appointment the day before. Then I arrived about 20 minutes before my appointment & had an easy check in/drop off. About 40 minutes after my appointment time I received a call telling me the scheduled work was completed but alerting me to a battery that was working at just over 50% of capacity. They gave me the price on a couple of batteries that they had which would work in my vehicle. I made the decision to go ahead and replace the battery and it was available for pick up about 20 minutes later.

The staff at this store was very helpful. Would use them again.

I used to go to the dealership but after several poor customer service and maintenance appointments I looked elsewhere. This Big O Tires location had good reviews so I went there and have been happy over the years. I often have to wait during my appointments and need bring my two young daughters. I appreciate the large clean waiting room and bathroom and how the staff is courteous and friendly towards us all.
