Stephen and company took very good care of me and my vehicle. He even diagnosed a problem I didn't know I had (with the brakes) and handled it like a professional.

My tire had a screw in it. Big O got me in right away, repaired the tire quickly, and got me back on the road. This is one of the great benefits of getting the optional road hazard protection. It didn't cost a dime, extra. As many times as I've taken advantage of this coverage, it has paid for itself every time we get new tires. The shop is always busy, but they work as quickly as they can to get you going.
