Staff was friendly and very helpful.

I was in an awkward situation with tires that were clearly worn and needed to be replaced. I was able to get quick, on-the-spot, same-day service and I'm extremely happy with my new tires.

I originally went in thinking I needed new brake pads but after they were checked I was informed I still had 60% pad material left. The issue I was concerned about must have just been some sand/gravel that was causing a squealing noise. That was a very nice surprise. I was then told that my tires were down to 3/32 and this actually supported what I had wondered about a few days earlier when I had briefly looked them over. I agreed to have all 4 tires replaced and everything was done between 45-60 minutes. Overall I'm very pleased with the service there and I'll be back. One additional note: this survey asks about whether a credit card application was offered to me and I answered no. To me this is actually very much a positive since I hate those kinds of offers. So good job Big O Tires on that too!

From start to finish this was handled perfectly. Scheduling was a simple phone call. I checked in and dropped my vehicle off well ahead of my appointment time with the only delay being because of the number of other customers there before me. My car was taken into the shop before it's scheduled time and I know that because one of the lugs was broken during removal of the tires for rotation. The store notified me immediately, told me they were going to take care of everything, but asked for additional time to complete the vehicle due to this incident. I had absolutely no problem with that since I was busy with family activities at the time and it allowed me to extend that family time. I then received a call notifying me that the car was ready, still within the original window, and that I could pick it up whenever I was ready. Pick up and payment was quick and easy.

My TPMS warning system came on and I checked my tire pressure but it still stayed on. Took it in and I had a screw in the tire, got it fixed and was on my way. Big O was a life saver!

I called and was seen the same day. Did the job quickly. Aired up each tire to exact specs. All done well.

They found out my radiator was leaking and needed replaced. I could have been driving and had a serious problem. Emily was very helpful in explaining this problem and helping this get fixed.

I appreciate that you were able to work me in on a very busy, cold, and rainy day and warrant and replace my car's well worn tires. The staff was polite and friendly, and the new tires are working out great. Your service writer was not pushy and asked me about my driving habits. He helped me make an informed choice of product instead of just pushing me toward whatever happened to be listed first on his computer screen.

Magazines are getting better. The TV wasn't on fox news, so that's nice. You have some cute techs that work in the back. Eye candy is nice. Oh, kudos on hiring a female to work behind the counter. Seriously! :-)
