We have had our vehicles serviced at the Lawrence, Kansas location for years and have been very pleased with the high level of customer service, quality of the repairs, and willingness to go the extra mile to retain our business. I had popped my tire in kc and that's also where I work. I had my spare on for a couple days An headed bAck to Lawrence on the highway, I was looking for a place that was going to be open An I told them I would be back at 530 is there anyway you could change a tire for me.. the guy was great and right when I got there already had a few guys geared up ready to get my tires changed An the new ones look great. It was great service An I would recommend this place to anyone. I've already told people to go there if they need there tires changed. Fantastic

I cant rememeber his name but the associate with the wire glasses was able to help me and get me set up with some higher end tires after I had a blow out on the K10 bypass. He was super helpful and the service was fast as can be. Tire blow out: 730am Back on the road: 1030am. Excellent!

Service was quick, dropped off a tire and rim. Told them I would pick it up later before noon, 35 minutes later I got a call tire /rim ready. And I was surprised how fast service was done. I always tell my family and friends about BIG O TIRES... Great job and friendly! Thx.

Service has always been super satisfying

It was the middle of the afternoon and we needed our water pump and thermostat replaced.Big O, although they were busy, took us in and had our car back to us by noon the next day.Also worked us in to put a new set of tires on our only remaining vehicle.Super great service.

No charge to find the source of the squeak and good explanation of the squeak.

Came in late in the afternoon with a show leak they got me fixed up and on my way in about an hour. I have waited hours at other stores, even after they just opened that morning.

They were able to get my tires ordered and put on the next day. Great customer service and were very helpful when I entered the store as a first time customer.
