We were in Lawrence for the weekend from the St. Louis area. Our camper got a flat tire and the dealer gave us the wrong size spare tire. We had to find a replacement so we could get home. This shop got us a replacement tire in about one hour. Made what could have been a BIG problem nothing to worry about. We really appreciate it!

Only had oil; change but in and out quickly

I was able to get in the same day I called. And they got me in and out with in 30 minutes the people where vary nice and the prices where right.

I came in for a free tire rotation on my 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback. I did some extensive travel over the summer, so I though it a good idea. While there he showed me one tire that had uneven wear and some bulging. He said it looked like the inner belts had slipped causing the malformation. I asked about the wear indicators on the other tires and they were getting close, so he gave me some tire options and I bought a set of 4 new Big O tires. Total time in the shop was a little over an hour, so I was very pleased with the experience overall. Great shop and great staff!! Thanks and I'll definitely be back for other service as needed.
