I don't take my car anywhere else than Big O Tires. Every time I have stopped in to have work done, have my tires checked or get new windshield wipers it's been a great experience. Basically the folks that work here in Lawrence Kansas treat people good. Like a small town feeling - they greet you with a smile, they are honest and always kind. My battery went dead and triple AAA started my car so I could drop it off at Big O Tires. I called them and asked if I could drop it off and have a battery installed. I was also due for a 30,000 mile check up and I was ready for new tires, windshield wipers and more. I asked the service person should I go ahead and get an Oil Change and he said," no we did it not to long ago, and we will see you in a couple months when you put more miles on it." They went over what the best tires for my car would be and I trusted them. I left my car and a day later it was ready to go!

From the moment we walked it we received excellent customer service. We discussed why we were bringing in the vehicle and discussed we would leave the vehicle. The manager offered to give us a ride but, we declined and walked to a nearby place for coffee. In a little over an hour, we received a call from the manager to tell us the vehicle checked out and there was some concern over the tires. We went back to BigO and further discussed the tires and our options. The manager gave us multiple options with different costs and also offered recommendations. We decided to purchase 4 new tires. The manager also offered a free alignment which we agreed and authorized, if needed, that the alignment be corrected. We decided to apply for the BigO card so we would get a $50 rebate! Also, we went with the tire protection package as it included ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE!! Since it was going to take about 2-hours we had a friend come pick us up to go home (the manager had offered a ride, but we declined). We picked up the car a little later in the day and the manager explained that alignment was needed and covered the final costs. Again, everyone was very friendly and helpful! I did go back to BigO the next morning to express my appreciation and gratitude for the excellent customer service we received. Thanks BigO location in Lawrence, KS

Very positive experience. I am new to Lawrence and as a result of my experience with Big O I will turn to them for all of my car maintenance needs going foreard.

I had to keep moving my appointment, and the Big O staff was beyond accommodating. I couldn’t be more happy with the service and the quality of work.

I needed a quick repair on a flat tire. Small puncture hole was identified and repaired in a timely manner.

They were so great! Just started being open on Sundays. Slight emergency and ended up there after church on a Sunday. They fixed my tires while I went out to lunch! It was perfect.

I was supposed to drop it off to have tires put on the next day and the service writer said that they could do it right then , which they promptly did and called my home and informed me my new tires were on and truck was ready for me to come and pick it up

This was a tire warranty issue. There was no hassles dealing with getting the tire replaced. Service was quicker than expected.
