Their reputation was the reason and they absolutely delivered on every recommendation we heard. They are honest, flexible, responsive and communicate throughout the process from inspection to repair. Staff was friendly and helpful. They called me to let me know when my travel trailer would be ready and hooked it back onto my trailer hitch when they were finished.

I wasn't greeted at the car - they were slammed with customers. I didn't need an alignment check, because their inspection revealed an issue that would make realignment moot. I didn't need a credit card application - I already have one. Everyone is great and I really feel they are watching out for my best interests.

They were very busy yet still managed to get my car in and taken care of before the close of the day. I really felt valued and appreciated that.

Cory went above and beyond trying to figure out my TPS issues. I appreciate the attention to detail. Shea also deserves commendation for her friendliness, constant smile, and willingness to help everyone who walks in the door.

Quality staff good employees

I have had a lot of older cars (and spent a lot of money) over the past ten years and have a lot of fears about things breaking down, major problems coming up, etc. Service at Big O was great. They were up front and honest with me and helped repair everything
