They really go the extra mile! Its wonderful to have someone you can trust taking car of your car. They spent so much time trying to assist us with an issue with our car that involved a vehicle warranty from a primary and secondary source, took my car engine apart to find that the fix was going to be more than any of us expected. They researched the warranties, a potential recall.....etc. Very long story short, we didnt end up getting the car fixed at that time. They put it back together, were incredibly honest with their recommendations (and they totally could have fixed what they originally had planned and we agreed too, even though there were more problems found along the way), and charged us nominally for a small thing they replaced. I am so impressed with their ethical business practices....it blows my mind in this worlds current climate. Charles and Julie Cooper Customers for life!

Staff replaced my windshield wipers and also rotated my tires during my appointment, the appointment was originally for just an oil change! The staff really took care of more than what I came in for, and I really appreciated them getting my car in good shape before my long trip! Staff was extremely friendly, and my car was ready in less than an hour.

They are honest and I really appreciate that. I knew it was time for a tire rotation but I was getting messages for an oil change from Car fax. They said you do not need an oil change you have only gone a little over a thousand miles since your last oil change. The Big O Tires in Lawrence treats people fair, and I just like their service and the people that work there! I recommend them to all of my friends!
