Big O Tires

The new tires are great, just in time for the snow storm.

Bought Big O tires a year ago and if I have any problems, you take care of it

I appreciated being able to order new tires and schedule installation online. All electronic communication confirming this was excellent. Staff were helpful and efficient. In your small, busy waiting area, I would prefer not having to listen to TV. Any chance of leaving the sound off?

Simply honest and professional

Corey, Steve, Rich, Devin, Shane and crew have been taking care of my families vehicles for many many years. They have always done an excellent job for professionalism, knowledge, service, extremely helpful and courteous. These are good , honest , nice people. I can't say enough good things about them!!!

although I experienced a tire sensor failure shortly after having new tires mounted, the staff was helpful, professional and were able to make timely repairs that were a good value and I got my car back the same day--so I'm back on the road quickly.

Everything went perfectly

I was able to get my appointment quickly they did a great job and when I asked about coupons they were able to save me some money

Ordered run flat tires in the morning and they were on my vehicle later that same day. They price matched and I know I got the best deal possible. The staff was great and the service was very quick.

The vehicle was towed into Big O. The issues appear to have been diagnosed properly. Most of the interaction was performed remotely, via phone or email. Communicated with a few of the service folks to ask them to check to see if some additional preventative service would prolong the useful life and safety of the vehicle. Ideally this additional investment will pay future dividends. Overall the service provided was friendly and appears to be honest. Asked them to check one spark plug to determine if tune was rationale...it was but was charged for removing one plug seems unusual especially when I then paid for a full tune up. Should have an N/A column option for rating since I was not at the physical location...also eliminating question#3.
