They did what I wanted them to do. Simple as that.

This was my the first visit to Big O for my son's new(er) car. It needed an oil change. During the service, they were able to identify several things that needed attention. I am grateful that they noticed the front tires were wearing improperly and needed replaced before winter. My son mentioned traction issues when raining, but not until after they pointed it out. Also, the oil had previously been changed at the dealer and they stripped out the threads to the oil pan there. It was frustrating, but Big O resolved that problem at no extra cost to me. Since it is a used car, I was glad they inspected and gave a pretty good report on the rest of the vehicle. I trust the Big O employees and the owner to fix things right. They always have great customer service and got my son's car in the same day.

As a rule I do not normally respond to survey requests since I get so many. However in this case I am going to make an exception. . Although you were very busy at 9 am Sunday morning I needed to leave town for a family medical issue in Omaha. Neb. I was taken care of promptly, efficiently, and professionally. The young lady who waited on me could not have been more accommodating. As a business owner myself, I know excellent service when I see it, and I certainly saw it during my visit to your store Sunday. Both workers on duty that day were very impressive. "I'll be back"

Dropped by WITHOUT an appointment, wondering if I might have to wait there for hours OR come back another day. Instead, the whole experienced lasted about 40 minutes, remarkable for a full parking lot of cars.

Good environment and nice service

I am preparing for a long road trip, so I took my car in for an inspection and oil change. After the inspection, there were some unexpected issues that needed to be fixed. One of the staff members actually took me into the garage, and pointed out some of the issues he noticed. They were very patient with me while I asked questions, and never pressured me into any decisions. I appreciated everyone's assistance, and feel safer knowing that my car is better prepared for the trip.

Product knowledge and customer service were exceptional, I came to pick up my car with 4 new wheels, I had brought in one cracked rim . It was very cold and my wife's car had a low tire sensor light on and when I told Cory he assigned an employee to check her tires first. Then Cory took me to see the replacement wheels he recommended for my car. I left the store very satisfied with my purchase. I bought 4 tires at the beginning of the past summer and the help I received on selecting tires was efficient and exceptional. The atmosphere at the store has been excellent, they are there to meet all your needs. I needed tires and then wheel fixes. I left a very satisfied customer again.

Reliable service. Never had a problem. They treat women with respect & don't take advantage. They are dog friendly in the waiting room. Service is timely. Great communication.

I genuinely appreciated coming here out of my day. Most the time I go to get some service done it almost seems like these mechanics and workers are so sales-driven that they have to falsify/exaggerate some of the problems with a car in order to make extra money for themselves/their company. It's hard to trust franchise companies because of that, but I actually had the opposite reaction here. I had came in for a brake inspection and the technician/mechanic called me and told me what the car would need to get done and after telling him about my money situation, he told me honestly what I would be able to get done and still be okay with driving with the other services I denied. I do not know his name but he was very, very honest and understanding. I can appreciate that. Although I wasn't able to get my calipers done, the gentleman was very understanding and educating on how I could delay the problem and minimize the impact of not getting them done. When I get more money, I will be back to this place to get my calipers done because everyone I ran into was honest and that's hard to find in a franchise company. Awesome.
