Big O Tires

There has been a change in mgmt and ownership which has made a big difference! Ive e had trouble with a tire keeping air since I had the tires put on by the previous company. Micah listened to my concerns and kept the car over night to make sure it was repaired. So far, no issues! Very happy with the service here!

i had a tire problem (puncture)--i didn't expect to get in as quickly as i did--since this is my only transportation that made me extremely happy--and, there was no charge i still don't know why no charge--i guess when i bought the tires at BigO i also got a guarantee or insurance or something--anyway, made my week

I called to make an appt to have two tires replaced after one unexpectedly went flat. They told me over the phone that I wouldn't be able to have my car until the next day, due to the lateness of the hour.However, when I got to the shop, the supervisor that I worked with said that he would go back and work with their regular technician to make sure my car was ready THAT day.I didn't ask for that, he just offered on his own. He answered all my questions politely and correctly,. Thumbs up!

I needed to get new tires for my vehicle and made an appointment to purchase 4 new tires. Big O Tires did an inspection on my car and told me I needed some additional work done on my vehicle in order for the new tires to last longer. I appreciated that let me know this. I took my car home later that day and later in the evening I went to go get something to eat and my car had trouble starting. I went back to Big O Tires on Sunday and they checked my car out and told me I needed a new battery. I had a new battery put in the car. I now will feel safe traveling at Thanksgiving. I feel like I got very good service.
