Big O Tires

The tech who worked on my car, I believe his name was Josh, was really knowledgeable. I've had the same issue with the car for a few years now so hopefully the issue is resolved. He took the time to explain exactly what he did & why he did it.

Fast, friendly, thorough.

The online service scheduling was fast and easy; I was impressed with how quickly I received a confirmation that my selected service time had been approved. I arrived a few minutes early and was checked in, no waiting. The check in individual was helpful, the oil change was done (with sufficient time for the oil to drain, which I appreciated), and I was back on the road in stellar time. I'll definitely be back!

Got two new front tires on my jeep fast friendly service.

Everything went as I expected

I was just starting out on an out of state trip when tire warning light came on. I panicked because I was currently caught in a major traffic jam due to an accident. Fortunately, I was next to an off ramp when the light came on and I was able to pull out of the traffic jam before the tire went flat. There was a Big O (Shawnee location) just a few blocks from exit. They told me they would pull the tire and check it out. In only 11 minutes, they had my truck back out front. A large nail was in tire. I was extremely grateful they could repair so fast as I was already running behind on my timeline that day and wanted to minimize my travel time after the sun went down.

Only one there at the time and had associate full attention. Explained what we wanted and was on our way. When we picked up car the next day we left off our truck for oil and tires. We have used you for years. Very pleased
