We always try to bring our vehicles to Palmer Midas for our vehicle’s maintenance and tire change over because your guys there treat us with respect and honesty (have had bad experiences at other places, including one of your Anchorage stores). Wish we could schedule an appointment for tire change over but understand why that might make it difficult to get my vehicle in, lol. But thank you for not treating me and daughters (husband and son too lol) like they are just marks to be taken for as much as possible. That is why we keep coming back.

Tire changeover season in Alaska is aggravating because everyone is backed up for hours or sometimes days. Midas took several hours to get the work done but they were very up front about that in the beginning so I knew what to expect. They also fixed my low beam headlights which required some electrical trouble shooting. The courtesy check revealed my brakes need to be replaced and they were able to accommodate my schedule and set up an appointment after my next pay day. Everyone was polite, respectful, and competent. Well done!
