I love my Big O store. My husband and I have been going there for years. In fact, we know several on a first name basis, as they know us. They always strive to give us first rate service, and if something has been questionable, they took care of it right away, though this is a rare thing. My daughter has her vehicles serviced there as well.

Wow!! Never seen this kind of service at a tire store! I called Tim, he picked up my tires at the warehouse before I got there a half hour later. Two guys jumped on my job as soon as I arrived. They had me done in 15 minutes and Tim personally checked everything before I left. Amazing team, amazing service and hospitality. Very happy with Tim and team!!

They fixed my low tire quickly and efficiently. Staff is fantastic!!

Brought my girlfriends car in for an alignment problem on a Saturday which is very busy time to have it checked. She lives in Tennessee and visits me every other weekend so time was of the essence. She said it was driving weird and pulled real hard when she hit a water puddle. They pulled it right in found the problem which it was just out of line. Took maybe an hour and I was out the door. Now that is service and I appreciated that so much because it met I could spend more time with my girl! Thanks to Tim and his great crew for all they do for our community! An true 'honest" business!

Tim brock his the best person ti deal with. He is nice, helps you out anyway he can, super knowledgable, and easy to deal with amazing prices. Been going to him for years. I wouldnt go to anyone else.
