Have been using Big O and Tim for over 20 + years and have been very happy with the service and the friendly people there would and have sent family and friends to them.

The staff here is remarkable. Have full faith in the honesty and integrity of this store.

I bought two tires a month ago. About a week later the right front tire came loose while we were driving fifty miles an hour causing the rubber to be worn bagly. Since the tire was under warranty I brought it in and was replace no questions asked. The people were very understanding since this task of bringing in the tire was given to me and not the body shop. I will be in again for more tires for my truck.

The day I took my husband's work van in to have a tire changed the Hillview big O store was running on partial power due to a storm that hit her car the night before but they were still greeting customers just like any ordinary day the lights were not on in the store they had a generator running the most important equipment needed My husband needed his van right away to go out make repairs they got me right in and out no questions asked and I was my husband was on his way I love these guys I've been going there for over 10 years they've always treated me with the dignity and respect and has always taking care of any car that I've taken to them I would highly recommend them to anyone they're almost like part of my family thank you

Tim and his team do the best work for the best price without any sales push. Just information for the consumer to make the best decision.

Tim, Josh, Missy and all other workers always treat each customer fairly and with respect. They take the time to talk to you, explain details and work with you to understand and resolve any issues. Prices are always fair and honest. They don't try to sell you service that you don't need. I have always received excellent service at this Big O tires store and would recommend them to everyone. Patrick McDonald was the manger on duty. He told me what was wrong with my car and what was not. I spent less than I thought I would and was very satisfied with my service!

I noticed a bulge on my tire on Sunday went to the shop early Monday and was waited on immediately. The service man looked at my records and check tire said no problem I have it from here. I waited less than 45 minutes and was out the door they were so pleasant and courteous. I could not have had a better experience.
