always a happy customer when I come here. Got my oil changed pretty fast.

I had been in the store once before and spoke with Missy and she gave me a quote. I then called a few times for quotes on other services and spoke with Patrick, Greg, and one other gentlemen that I cannot recall his name this time. I was so very well by them!! My best friend told me to do business with them because they do a great job and they treat you so well. While I was waiting, which was less that 1.5 hours, I sat in an environment that was cheerful and full of good energy because of the people that work there care so much us customers do not feel aggravated or become grumpy, at least on this day. It was the best experience I have ever had having anything done to my car hands down. I was greeted in the parking lot! Once inside it was much like arriving at a family members house for a get together. They treated like they have known me my whole life. This what I am telling other people. I'm spreading the word and I would truly appreciate it if the people at the stores were recognized and sent my thanks again for being so Damn awesome!!!!

I had an issue with a popping noise in my truck. It was difficult to determine where it was coming from but Tim, Greg, and Tommy didn't quit until they made it go away. Great crew with lots of knowledge, I will be back if I need any more work!

The Hillview Big O is great, as usual. Tim is always extremely helpful.

I've been to other shops & even dealership service departments. The Big O in Hillview is hands down the 'one-stop shop". Tim, Missy, Patrick, and team are quick, genuine, and to the point. Honest, friendly, & REAL. I' m gonna sign off now. Build the team, hold true to the standards & brand. Never settle for less than the best. Oh, sorry I got back on the "Fan-Wagon"

Great service ...Oil change and Tire rotation.......

Went to big o for tires for my 93 pick up and Tim helped me find what I needed plus took food care of my truck had to have front end checked out also cause tires were wearing funny so there mechanic David checked it all out for me and personally gave me a call to let me know what was going on you can't find a better mechanic around great at his job, Missy is a great person too.. Tim bet the price that I was giving at discount (rip off) tires and price from Ken Towery!!! So all I can tell you is check them out if you want to deal with just good ol people

I went in the store with an idea of what I wanted since I bought a tire from you seven months ago. Since I had two new tires the fellow made sure my old tires were the ones I wanted to replace.

Tim and his staff are the best. They always take care of us and our cars.
