Went in and asked them to check one of my tires that I thought was losing pressure... sure enough, there was a nail in it. They removed the nail and repaired the hole... had me back on the road in no time.

Greg Nufer is the best! I had taken my car to Oxmoor Ford because I was still under warrenty and was told what they thought was wrong with my car. Greg and any employee did not find that to be the issue. I have taken my cars to this Big-O location for years and have always had great service. I trust Greg and the team there. That means a lot!
