The staffer who helped me on the phone could not have been more helpful in trying to find out whether parts were available for my old car. When I brought in the car, I was amazed that a small-scale repair was possible Because I had imagined it would be very costly.

I stopped by the previous week, in anticipation of needing 45k mile service on my leased work van, as per the lease plan paperwork. I was able to verify the ability and availability to perform the services needed and scheduled an appointment. Day of the appointment, service was prompt, professional, and courteous. Staff was friendly, competent, and professional in everything they did. The facility itself was showing its age (ceiling tiles very dirty from 20+ years), especially the restroom. Spending about $2k-$10k on interior improvements would bring the place up to a more pristine, pleasing environment. Also noticed in the shop area, banners hung in the area have dust in the "folds" (where the banner sags), which shows that a fairly thorough cleaning of the shop area probably hasn't occurred in about a decade. NOTE: I am a building engineer, so I notice this stuff. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Because of the time it took to complete my service, it was very short and the customer service is fantastic where my local Midas I go to is, and the service is top notch every time I come by for an oil change.

Quite simply the best! From start to finish I was informed of the work to be done and when it was completed. They answered the phone when I called and had questions prior to booking my service. I liked that I could easily book my service online, the price was fair and reasonable to the research I did about the general cost of the service (way more fair than what my dealership quoted me).
