Ive been coming here for years and Im a repeat customer even after Ive moved out of Renton. James is the absolute best, very considerate with time but gets the job done right, and always prices things fairly. Suzy, a newer member on the team, checked me in and ensured to update me every step of the way. 10/10 service and excellent cost (less than $700 for all 4 brakes replaced, 2 rotors replaced, 2 rotors machined, and a synthetic oil change)

They answered the phone when I called and had questions prior to booking my service. I liked that I could easily book my service online, the price was fair and reasonable to the research I did about the general cost of the service (way more fair than what my dealership quoted me).

The associates and technicians communicated with me very well; took into account my concerns while being on the look out for issues that might be affecting my vehicle in the manner I was experiencing. In my case it was a fluid leak, not from the gear box as I was concerned, but a leak was noticed potentially from the rear differential.

I was promptly helped and the intake person took great notes to relay to the mechanic. I was given two options for my work that was being done and both options were affordable for a major work being done.

They did a great job replacing my brakes and fixing my oil leak. I definitely will come back to them. They were fair on the price and gave me a senior discount. A lot of places don?t do that.
