Brought the vehicle in for an alignment as I just purchased new tires. The manager recommended an alignment check first instead of immediately completing an alignment. To my surprise, the vehicle was aligned and didn’t need a new alignment. I saved quite a bit if money by not completing an unnecessary alignment. I believe most places would have completed an alignment or charged me for the alignment, when it wasn’t needed.

It was a great experience with a very professional team. JR walked me through the process and was extremely thorough - no hard sells but very informative.

Scott and Eric were very helpful in explaining what was needed and also provided good feedback on our tires and options.

Scheduled an appointment on line, but called at opening because I couldn’t drop car off. Rob was very considerate of my time so the diagnostic was done on Monday at the scheduled appt. The part was ordered and I scheduled an installation appointment for Wednesday. Installation of the part was done in under an hour and at the estimated price, however, an online coupon gave me added savings. Everyone was considerate and knowledgeable. I appreciate the honest explanation of what was needed to get my vehicle back in service. Well done, gentleman!
