I experienced a dead battery and, after getting a jump start, I drove directly to the nearest Midas shop, which I have done business with previously. They were able to do some quick diagnostics, determined that the problem was only due to the battery, and got my battery replaced in less than half an hour. I felt that the gentlemen in the shop were very knowledgeable and honest.
