Michael K was very helpful and offered me an Uber but I declined and waited instead. It was close to home. He also offered advice when I mentioned that I might sell the car because I inherited it when my mother passed away.

I requested a same day appointment in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in late in the afternoon per my request. I waited 45 minutes which wasn’t bad at all. They seem to have done a good job on my car, in a reasonable time frame. Was able to get shuttle home after I dropped off car. Associate was nice throughout the process.
