Denise B and her staff are always courteous and friendly. More importantly, Denise explains all options when I tell her what I need and also all costs associated with each. I wait for my car and even when they are very busy they work to not have me waiting more than I need to. This time I had recently gotten another car and wanted several things just checked to find out what needed servicing and she explained all in detail. I will keep using this Midas store.
