I had the pleasure of working with Denise Balbuena while my breaks were being replaced on 08/10/22. Denise really went above and beyond with their dedicated customer service. They provided a courtesy shuttle so I could get home in the middle of a thunderstorm. Also, they were very helpful explaining the price, type of services. Denise also was a great communicator by keeping me updated on the repair timeline, what repairs were needed, and when my vehicle was finished. I also noticed that this Denise was equally helpful to all other customers that were in the store. Their overall demeanor created a welcoming and inviting environment. I want to come back to the Kedzie Street Midas in Chicago because of my interaction with Denise. Midas is lucky to have them as part of your organization.

i have been coming to this particular midas for years, for most of my cars. the service is great, parts are reasonable and the staff is fantastic. i just drop it off, they call me later, and pick it up when it's ready. really smooth

I received $5 off since I drove to their closed location. Manager was very sweet and explained everything to me after the service was done. The place was clean and organized. I did not need to make an appointment and they also inspected my car and noted what needed to fixed/replaced. I was very satisfied with their services and will be coming back for my next oil change.
