Ed explains everything for me. I am not a cat person and it stresses me out. When I go to Midas, Ed makes me more comfortable and less stressed. He will tell me if something is or is not necessary and when it should be taken care of. I only go to this location for my car service.

We were enroute from Maryland to Wisconsin whan the rlgft front wheel bearing of our All Wheel Drive van came apart. We nursed the van to Midas with the wheel listing at a 20 degree angle to the van. I left the van in front of the service door looking like

Was told by Toyota dealership my brake pads needed replacing. Midas did inspection and determined they still had approximately 20,000 more miles left on them. They cleaned and adjusted them and saved me from unnecessary repairs and cost. Their integrity and honesty just earned them a new customer for all my vehicle’s maintenance going forward.
