The manager Omar was very professional, explained things step by step and gave good suggestions. David, the mechanic was very kind and helped me with transportation. Encouraged me to fix my bearings next.

This particular Midas Franchise wasn't lazy. The mechanics carefully and methodically inspected the car to pinpoint the source of the problem, and they fixed the problem.

Great customer service, and photographing the problems with my car is genius! They explained all that was needed to fix each problem. I had one of them fixed the same day. The only issue I have, which is a Midas practice overall, the mark-up of the parts. I am already paying plenty for the labor, so it's hard to know that I am paying double the cost for the parts. Angel is a great asset to your company and I will be back.
