This is my second visit to this location. The first time was for a work truck. The front desk associate was able to help with a last minute appointment and was very friendly. That weekend my personal got a flat tire. After booking the appointment after hours I called midas the next day to confirm. The appointment I booked did not workout but she was able to reschedule to later the same day. My wife took the vehicle in and said she was well taken care of and the associate was very friendly.

They do a great job want to be sure the issue is taken care of.

They were able to get me in within an hour of me calling they called me back with an estimate and had the work completed by 2 PM that day. The cost was reasonable and the service was excellent I am very pleased.

I came in for a nail in my wife’s tire, they got my vehicle in right away and while they had the tire off they checked the brakes. They recommended replacing them as they were pretty worn. I asked if they could do it while I waited and they got right on them. Before I left they fixed the tire, replaced the brakes all-around, flushed the brake fluid and aligned the car.

They were very helpful and honest. I went in to get an oil change and transmission service. They took me in quickly and even told me they would check everything to see if I even needed the transmission service. Showed me they weren't just trying to steal m

The team at Visalia Midas have continued to bless me with their customer care. The process is always easy and I enjoy getting to talk with the staff as I wait. The turnaround time is quick and I always feel as if I’m being taken care of. Even if I lived an hour away, I would bring my cars here!
