Oil changes are always quick and they go the extra mile to check a number of other parts of the car out. Friendly staff.

Been going to the same location for years now and is happy with the service that I were given. And always the same mechanic works on my car which I am very happy with his work because he knows my car well. I love having the same person working on my car.

Customer associates were very friendly and willing to answer any questions they were asked. I liked the drink selection offerings for those of us waiting. Pricing was reasonable and no one tried to upsell any of the customers while I was there. What a nice change from other franchises I have dealt with.

I was greeted by the manager who askedmy appointment time. I was signed in and my car was moved to the garage for the oil change. I also liked the tables to wait...I was able to get some work done!

Got in and out in timely manner. Fair price for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Will do business there again.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment over the phone. My car was diagnosed in a reasonable amount of time. The issue and pricing to fix it were both clearly communicated to me, and the work was also done in a reasonable amount of time. I always appreciate the professionalism of the employees at this location, and I have often waited in the lobby and hear how they treat other customers whether in person or over the phone, and they always do their best to be very clear about the work a car might need, while also being aware of different people's budgets, language barriers, or whatever other constraints there may be. Even though I have moved a bit farther away and have other shops closer to my home, including other Midas locations, I continue to drive a little extra to bring my car only to THIS Midas.
