Big O Tires

I heard there are new owners but I received the same GREAT service I have always received for over 10 years.

I called on a Saturday, they said they needed to order tires for my size. They called me Wednesday and said the tires came in. I asked if my wife could come in that evening at 5:15 pm after work and they said no problem. They went the extra mile and even aligned the car after tire install and stayed past closing to get the job done! She is starting a new job and has to travel many miles a day and she wanted new tires. Thanks to the team at Big O in Baxter MN !!!

3 months ago I was told my brakes needed to be worked on by a different shop. Big-O Tires was running a special so I came in to get the work done. Upon inspection I was told that my brakes were still in good shape and should last the summer. I appreciate the honesty and will come back when it's time to get them fixed. Great job!

Great service. We purchased one tire as a replacement, and also had a tired checked out for a slow leak. The tire purchase was great, but the donut spare was not put back up under the car. Not a big deal, but that sure would have helped us. The tire we had checked for a leak was patched from the inside. Again, well done, however this was for a dually truck, and the valve extension was not put back on, just a normal cap. I didn't notice until the next day. I called and they actually bought a pack of them at Napa and gave them to me.

Was very happy with everything from the scheduling and how they worked with us to get the problem solved. Also keeping in mind the distance we drive to get services done there.

The employee went way out of his way to help get me back up and running. My battery died at a nearby business and he installed the battery on site.

I got in within a day of calling for an appt. My vehicle was done earlier than they stated, which is always nice. They found a coupon for me to use as well, saving more money.

The service people and mechanic were best ever. I live in Ft Myers Fl in winter. Really wish you had a location there

Rated cleanliness of the store average. The inside of the store seems outdated with the old ceiling tiles, fluorescent lighting and old paint. Seems like it could use an update to brighten up the customer experience. Other than that, Nathaniel and the team did an excellent job of brake repair and customer service.
