Big O Tires

Had an appointment at 2pm and was in and done before noon! Outstanding job!

Initial service great, surprised several tires advertised would have to be special ordered. Decided on Big O Brand needing tire now only ones available in size needed.

I know nothing about cars at all but they made me feel right at home and simplified everything for me, As working a help desk job I can see good and bad customer service but I have to say this company is one of the best I have ran across thanks for the oil change and stay safe in these times

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The primary person I dealt with, Shawn (Sean), was very personable and forth coming with information. I had a bit of a wait, which was fine, and I witnessed him dealing with other customers both in person and on the phone. Very polite and professional. The one thing I did appreciate is that he said Thank you for coming in, which is extremely rare in today’s environment

1/25/2020 started out as a good morning as we were headed north, when we heard a noise - not in a good way. If you need auto services, planned or not planned this is the right place! We explained what was happening with our vehicle and Jerren and Joel asked a few more questions and "straight talked" telling us the issue and what they could do for us. This was not a quick fix and yet they got working on it right away, we received great customer service and benefited from the absolutely fabulous skills the technician Nathan has, thank you so much. Endless praise for Joel and his team who really are a hardworking bunch.

I knew I needed an oil change but asked them to check the brakes. They did the oil change, rotated the tires and checked the brakes. Brakes are still good so just let me know I'll need tires before winter. Excellent service and value.
