I found a great place to have my car serviced. My son, Mike who lives in Eden Prairie has the work done on his car there also when he comes up to visit because he likes the service too.

The customer service female -- who offered me my appointment time -- was very professional and very personable. The appointment was for the next day -- and she was also working that day when I came in. She kept me appraised of where they were in the work process. She was very pleasant and helpful. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time.

Honest about how busy they were but still finished my job in good time. 👍🏼

I called and was able to get an appointment the same day! I was greeted by Joel and he checked me in for the appointment. He was friendly and asked me how I had been doing since the last visit. He was welcoming and suggested I relax and told me they would get me taken care of as soon as possible. I always enjoy coming to Big O Tires because Joel makes me feel like he really appreciates my business and values me as a customer. Also, Joel goes above and beyond to make me feel important and valued. He always asks how I am doing or how I have been and seems sincere about it. When Pat rang me up he patiently went through the things they found and recommended based on the inspection they completed. Although I did not have a coupon and Joel couldn't provide me with one, he assured me I would be receiving some in the future and reminded me to check my email. The technician seemed to do a thorough job and my car is running so much smoother since the oil change.

We purchased a set of tires, then had our CRV aligned. Great sales and service. We will return for oil and filter service soon.

Great service, great prices

They had the tires I needed for my trailer in stock and appointments were available right away.

I have had to return a battery 2 times now because the battery doesn't perform. I spent $154 on it. This time I only had it for 6months and it won't hold a charge. Both times I sat in different shops for over an hour for them to figure out how to do a return. This time I was told I should have gone to the first store so they didn't have to take the hot to their store. The store I originally purchased the first battery from closed down, not my fault, didn't know there was a store closer to me, so I went to Rogers to return, they treated me really well, this time the remark that it would take a hit on this store was very unprofessional and still not my fault for a defective battery.

Easy to schedule the appointment. Staff worked with me to figure out the tire selection as well as diagnose the problems with my brakes. They were spot on with the time estimate they gave .e to complete the project as well.

I was satisfied with the service I received, and will continue to use I was satisfied with the service I received and will plan to continue BIGO in the future.
