They take very good care of my cars.

Good service and fair price.

The only negative comment I have is the prices on the website were not honored on the tires I bought. The manager informed me that the website isn't up to date and is not a reliable price source. This is very inconvenient and frustrating.

I could feel the difference in my vehicle after tires were installed. I felt safer, vehicle was definitely alighted and tires were not too loud like some can be .

Very pleased on how the manager on duty resolved my issue on a Sunday as a follow up to worked done previously.

I was originally looking for another tire that this shop told me they were not able to get ahold of. I told them what I was looking for in a tire and price and they helped me pick out a comparable set. Scheduling my appointment was great, was able to pick a time that worked great for me, and service was done in a reasonable time frame with everything explained before they began

Everything met my Satisfaction. They kept me in the loop as to what was going on and did a good job completing the job.

The overall scheduling and service time was great, and the tire rebalancing resolved the problem for which I brought the car in. However, the technicians clearly used a metal screwdriver instead of a nylon pry tool to remove my center caps and consequentially now my wheels are scratched. So once again, I bring in a vehicle for a service I cannot perform on my own and am left with damage that didn't need to occur.

Last time I brought my car to Big O I told the mechanic there was cupping starting on my newer tires. I was told there was nothing wrong with them but the alignment was off very slightly and that once we took care of that, the cupping would fix itself. This visit I was told the cupping was extreme and there was nothing that could be done and I needed new tires before winter. I noted these tires are supposed to be 60,000 mile tires and I'm hardly at 40,000. The mechanic told me that there really was nothing that could be done. I asked about the warranty on the tires and was told it would hardly help me and be difficult to get anything from the company. I'm very frustrated as I bought these tires on your shops recommendations and have not been pleased with them at all or the way that the cupping issue has been addressed.

I was able to book my appointment online and everything was quick and easy at the location.

I had an appointment for tires on Saturday that I set up through the web. When I showed up at the appointment they didn't actually have the tires in the store, so I had to set up a new appointment for the following Saturday.
