I know nothing about cars at all but they made me feel right at home and simplified everything for me, As working a help desk job I can see good and bad customer service but I have to say this company is one of the best I have ran across thanks for the oil change and stay safe in these times

My wife took our car up there to get get new tires being that I was out of town. The tires were installed, alignment was checked and she was on her way in a timely manner. My only complaint is that the tires we purchased call for 44psi and all the tires were under inflated, I checked them all and they averaged about 32 psi. I filled them up properly but this should have been done at the shop.

1/25/2020 started out as a good morning as we were headed north, when we heard a noise - not in a good way. If you need auto services, planned or not planned this is the right place! We explained what was happening with our vehicle and Jerren and Joel asked a few more questions and "straight talked" telling us the issue and what they could do for us. This was not a quick fix and yet they got working on it right away, we received great customer service and benefited from the absolutely fabulous skills the technician Nathan has, thank you so much. Endless praise for Joel and his team who really are a hardworking bunch.
