Big O Tires

I was excited with the buy 2 get 2 free sale, I called your store and got a quote for an "out the door price". When arriving for my appointment I was told the price was about $ 100 more, which I questioned. I was offered an extra $ 10 off per tire at that time. When I examined the new quote there was a disposal charge for the tires and by taking my old tires got my price to within about $ 50 of the phone quote which I accepted as I wanted to get my tires taken care of. After the car was finished, I asked for a copy of the tire protection package which wasn't available. I did not receive a print out of my alignment specifications, mileage recorded on the receipt was 50K off. When I got home and checked my tire pressures I noticed that the tire valve stems were not replaced. I would expect these to be standard operations. The car does drive fine and the tire balance is good,tire pressures were also good.

Service was good and fast . I called , they told me to come on In and got my oil changed right away. Was a little disappointed being I did not get tires rotated. I did not ask for it , but it was part of package. Was marked on ticket but not on receipt. Also I checked when I got home. For this reason I usually go to store that is a little farther away.

We originally had an appointment for December 1, so that we would get the $70.00 Michelin tire rebate, but the store ordered the wrong tire and so we had to wait another week and then asked for the $70.00 Michelin rebate and we were told it was no longer available. This was not due to our fault, we had the car there however the store brought in the wrong tires, I still feel like we should get the additional $70.00 Michelin rebate.

Set appointment for 10am online and the copper tires I wanted where not there I ended up with a different brand the store manager apologized i hope this was not bait and switch anyone else have this happen

I felt like swindle I was quoted $20.00 per tire more then the price on line. And I was charge $89.00 for the alinement and was quoted $69.00

Joe was very helpful and honest

I had an appointment at 1:00 PM and as soon as I walked-in, Joel asked me to reschedule my appointment because they were backed up; I told him, I drove from St. Cloud which is almost an hour away from the store. Took 2 hrs to get an oil change and I did not get free alignment check, although I have a 3 years alignment package. Joel was apologetic but spending two hours for just a oil change is unreasonable.

I am not from Elk River but needed air in a low tire. I have a cast on my hand & cannot add my own air. I asked if they would check it for me. Not only did they fill the low tire, they checked all four tires & added air to all of them. This store is simply the best!

Although they were able to get me into the schedule without an appointment, I was disappointed at the amount of time it took to have the tires replaced. We had issues with the car after the appointment, the alignment wasn't done correctly and we had to take the car back in. Also disappointed in the limited number of tires that were on the Buy 2 Get 2 promotion. Ended up buying much cheaper tires than I planned to spend.

When I entered the store, I was greeted and I told them my name and I had an appointment. He told me a price that was not what they told me when I called to schedule the appointment. I understand mistakes happen so I just let it go. I sat down and waited for it to be complete. As I was sitting there for a little over an hour I was surprised how dirty the floors were, the walls were all scuffed up, the counters were very worn and damaged, and I could see into the shop and the shop floor was very messy. I thought to myself, I wonder if the way they take care of the showroom and the shop is the way they are going to take care of my car. I wasn't there for anything very big, just changing out my regular tires with snow tires, but I don't think I will come back.

I was there a total of 25 min from walking in the door to walking out. When I was checking out I asked if my tires were rotated. The lady helping hollered out to the guy that performed the work on my car and asked if he rotated my tires and hi response was "No, they didnt need to be rotated". As a part of the service included in your oil changes I would think I would be asked if I wanted my tires rotated? Proper tire care requires tires to be rotated every 6,000-8,000 miles. It has been 12,000 miles since they were last rotated. I expect this service to be performed unless I asked for it not to be when its "included in every oil change" I'm beginning to wonder if my Oil and Filter even was changed when I was there fir a whole 25 min. I know a Full Multi point inspection was not done!

it took along time to get the alignment done, I came back twice and still not done, it should not take 3 hours to do an alignment.
