Big O Tires

You failed. I came in for a tire rotation and balance and the team couldn't get the tires off the truck. The primary reason I chose to buy my tires here was the lifelong balance and rotation. I will not be making future purchases and will not recommend to anybody.

It took them 2 1/2 hours to put tires on my car. the Gal that checked me out had no clue on what was going on as well as not giving me my paper work for my 25 dollar rebate at this point i will not go back there for any service

Quality of service would be a 5 but they rotated the opposite tires that I asked but no big deal! Otherwise great service Joel was great.!

Overall the service was very good. The one item I discussed with the person who helped me out was to ensure that the technicians put down a paper floor mat when they work on my car as the last time I had to spend hours with dawn trying to get the oil marks off my weather tech floor mats. He told me "absolutely" he would make sure. When went to pick up the car, it was the same situation where there were oil marks on my floor mats and also on the carpet and also on the speaker cover on the driver side door. I'm considering going to Tiresplus as a result as I don't want to keep having to clean my car when I drop it off for an oil change. thanks Darin

Really happy with the service and price! I looked around and Big O tires easily had the best price for the tires I was shopping for. They also found loose bearings on my front wheel and pointed it out and showed me the problem.

Dropped my car off at 9:00am. Picked up at 6:00pm and had to want. They were not done with front end alinement. The front end still is not right and they still charged me $ 120.00 for the job?

I was told 45 min for an oil change/ tire rotation. I was out the door in 30 min! Nice!!

I had to replace the tires I bought there after not even having them a year. I was charged $100 which I don't think is fair. I will not be coming back there ever again.

When doing an oil change, it's important to make sure the gasket ring is on the oil filter. Your employee (who I hear from the manager is probably no longer with your franchise) did NOT do this simple task, and I leaked oil from Elk River to St. Michael. Fortunately, another oil change shop there was able to recognize this egregious error, and I was able to get the part needed BEFORE my engine locked up. Getting a refund on this failed oil change has also been inconvenient. In short - you won't be getting my business for oil changes any time soon, and when it comes time to buy new tires it's pretty unlikely I'll be returning to your store - after spending nearly $1,000 on tires there last year.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but it took 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change when I have an appointment at noon and by the time I was done it was like 2:25 so pretty slow I know they were busy but I figured if I had an appointment I would get done within an half an hour to an hour

I was told about an hour & they fixed my tire on time.

WAITED 1HR 45M AFTER my appoint before my van went in to the shop.Then they did not have the tires that I put down on line.

The counter help with the check in was friendly , I was instructed back car up to garage door and someone will take my tire ( no one did ).the pick up counter guy said tire is out in the front .... I am guessing you dont put them on ? Or help put them in the car or thank people .The big O , should be a big Zero .

had an appointment for oil change , still took 1.5 hrs. didn't reset reminder on dash. this was my second poor experience in 3 months. probably going somewhere else next time.
