I brought my car in for 4 new tires to get put of my 2000 mustang and I got it back with 3 scratches and my bumper partly off with my 100+ dollar headlight seal off

So I went in for a leaky caplier they suggested all new brakes rotors and calipers on rear of my car.when I took it apart my self I found out they didnt even put my caliper bolt back In the caliper wow I fixed the problem for 70 dollars they wanted a 1000 bucks

I am incredibly unhappy with my experience at Big O Tires in Elk River MN. My first scheduled appointment I waited for almost 2 hours only to find out they were still waiting for my tires to arrive (even though I made the appointment 4 days earlier). I left, and came back the next day (calling 3 hours in advance). The appointment took 3 times as long as I was told it would, including wait time for lug nuts to be delivered (yes, a tire shop without lug nuts). When I got home to look things over I realized the lug nuts cost twice what they told me on the phone, and worst of all, they didn't even put the tires I ordered on my van!! They gave me different tires which cost significantly more than what I ordered!! I emailed the company, and the only response I got so far was this generic survey request. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. Dan Y.

Shop did not put a new oil change sticker, did not reset maintenance light. My receipt had wrong mileage. I am doubting that they even did an oil change

I had an appointment for an oil change at 3:30 in the afternoon. They weren't done until 5:45. Don't understand why they take an appointment if they aren't going to do it at the scheduled appointment time. I would have just dropped it off instead of waiting if I would have known it was going to take longer than 2 hours.

Pleasant phone service to set up appt. Arrived a bit early and was immediatly waited upon and car taken in within 3 minutes. Very pleased all around.

So Disappointed today. I made a reservation online AND got a confirmation for work to be done today in Elk River. Including the fact that the tires we wanted were in stock. When we got there, they didn't know anything about the reservation, didn't have the tires we wanted, and told us to come back next week. After rearranging our schedules to get this done today, it was a big hassle. They went on to say this happens all the time?!!!! Fix your broken wheel and stop ticking off your customers!! It's not that hard, especially if this is happening All the time! Very disappointed in this company...

I went there yesterday to have a tire fixed I came back today to get it and they noticed I was a retired military next thing I knew they said thank you for your service no charge. Never expected it very nice of them Greek place and they will see my business in the future

Front desk lady was super unprofessional , had glasses , hoop earrings , darker skin type , followed by a shorter stature male with a whiter skin type both seemed unprofessional . Did t have the right phone number listed in either my customer profile and it kept going to busy because they were calling the wrong number . I was multi tasking in my Sunday , they did the alignment check I said if it was out please do it, told him about Groupon and prescion tunes $37.50. He only offered a $20 coupon too the $100 alignment . After he had done the check which wasn't even close to the competitors pricing and that included front windshield wipers . Alignments when I was doing them off 101 and at tires plus took me 10-15 on a sedan and about 20-25 on a truck unles she was like 4 degrees out of tow or some crazy thing then an hour and some cars I get it ya can't align it due to other mechanical issues under neath the vehicle. However it was nothing of the sort just purebreds lack of effort . When you tell a customer that the 12pm appointment is good to go , I'm on time , you write down the wrong number not once but twice , car isn't aligned by 4:20 I have dinner at my brothers at 5pm you also close then . Asked me to get my car the next day . If your pulling cars in by profit , poor business model . If you lack the management to engage your new hires , poor management and for me to hav etonget it too the level before you recognized it means that the area level might need to dig there nose out of there jack ass and actually go train there reps , In My humblest opinion. Big o tires naught our a lot of mom n pa shops n needs to own there brand . Or just exit communities like you did in BrooklynPark .

I asked for and received the coupon discount on my alignment. The only thing I would have changed about the experience would be to have had the coupon discount offered without having to ask, otherwise this was a good place to get an alignment done.

Brought our vehicle in for an oil change and rotation. They didn't clear the maintenance reminder, which seems to be the normal for this place, then we started getting check engine light notifications, so we brought it back for that and the maintenance reminder. They cleared the engine notification and said the code had something to do with a cam error of some sort. The next day I just decided to check to oil level and it had been extremely over filled with oil. We took it back again to have them drain out the excess oil and we haven't seen the error again. I've been praying that the over full condition doesn't cause any further issues. JFYI - we have been bringing our vehicles to that location for a lot of years and have just seen it get worse and worse. This has been the last straw! You better change something soon or you wont be around for very long. Also, my wife said the bathroom was filthy.

We had an appointment for 3pm for an oil change. The car didn't get in until 4pm. What's the point of having an appointment if you're running that far behind?
