Big O Tires

My experience was not very good. 1. When I dropped off my truck for an oil change, I was told I needed to wait because the manager didnt show up. Wasn't too concerned about it but it just didnt seem very professional. 2. The gentleman did call me and let me know in had some other items that needed to be serviced which I declined. No complaints there. 3. When I went to pick up my truck is where things really went south for several reasons. Out of the gate they couldn't fine my ticket or my key that was with it. Emma searched all over the store for at least 15 minutes. Then called the mechanic who did the work and much to my surprise he told her he left the key IN MY TRUCK. Which of course he didnt but I was very concerned that he thought he did or even would do that for very obvious reasons. Ultimately she found the key buried in the office somewhere. I then asked if there was a print out showing the results of the alignment check that I has to ask for and there wasn't anything. I was told the systems at the store are ancient and they cant do that there. So what's the point of offering a free alignment check? Annoyed, I left and immediately noticed when starting my truck that the oil life gauge hadnt been reset. Of course this is easy for me to do, but hopefully we can all understand that that's not the point here. Overall just a half assed effort with some real concerning practices that will keep me from going back to that store and potentially Big O. An improvement is really in order. Thanks, Dan

Everything is on 5 star

Been here twice. First for tires, oil change and brakes. Had my truck all day, picked up and no one even looked at my brakes even though it was on the work order. Second time, scheduled appt. for oil change and rotate. Came at scheduled time and was told they were too busy and would have to come back tomorrow. I did and it took 1.5hrs and they didn't do the rotate....back in it went. Done with this place!

Didn't have the tires I wanted even though online said they did. They offered me some other tires but costed me a bit more. Overall a good experience.

Not happy with the service here. Will not be coming back ever again.

I would have liked the alignment check since I had hit road debris which had destroyed my tire. It seems to drive ok at this time.

The sales associate was knowledgeable about the tires, and made the transaction easy. I was updated regarding time frame of completion of job which was accurate. I will do business at this location again.
