Very good service I got right in

road hazard warranty. Tire was delivered metro franchise. put on my donut spare and had tire mounted before the next day. were traveling through town and put new tire on early the next day

Really good service. Quite friendly, I was able to strike up a conversation with the guy who checked me in, that just doesn’t happen allot these days so that was nice. I was surprised with a lower price than I anticipated, which is always a plus. Also the actual tire rotation an alignment didn’t take long, so great work.

They worked me into the schedule and got me back on the road quickly. On a Sunday.

Counter staff was very welcoming and friendly. I had a bit of a wait as he was helping the customer in front of me, but nothing overly long. Service performed took about as long as expected.

I have a very demanding job. I'm on call 24/7 so making an appointment is hard. I talked to them on the phone and they ordered the tires and told me just come into the shop when you get back into town so we can mount them. They were awesome.

They had the tires I needed and were able to meet my time requirements.

Pat was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and pleasant. He made the whole process as smooth as possible and had his team get the work completed in a timely manner! This is my new spot moving forward for all vehicle maintenance for both myself, my wife and my friends! I'll be recommending everyone to go to this Big O Tires!

Needed a tire change because it was about to pop. Found these guys on google and they had a new tire put on in about a half an hour. Excellent service and I am so thankful I found these guys.

Thanks Joel for working my car in quickly . My mechanic Zach kept me informed , was very honest & did a great job! The check engine lite is no longer a problem. Very friendly workers!!

The associates are always friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The will go over everything before they start so you are never surprised at completion.
