Setting up the appointment was easy. Everybody wore a mask and my seat was covered with plastic before the technician got in my vehicle along with a paper mat on the floor. Did not take long at all for the car to go into the shop and the repair time was short. Staff was very friendly and the waiting room was clean with the chairs properly distant from other people.

First snow of the season and they were super swamped. Offered to let them keep my car overnight and to my delight they called and had me pick up same day! On point customer service even in the eye of the storm. I work in account management for a large food distributor and I know good customer service when I see it!

I had gotten a flat tire and I was able to get in right away and they were able to fix it while I waited. Also I wasn’t charged for a tire patch, it was so nice of them!

They fit me in on short notice when I was in a pinch - outstanding!

I had reserved a set of tires online and requested an appointment for the next morning. Customer service representative called me back promptly to confirm my appointment. They did not carry the exact brand/model I requested but advised of an alternate that they had on the shelf. Got me in and out quicker than anticipated. Great Job!!

I requested to wait outdoors because of covid risk. they accommodated my request with complete courtesy. all employees wore masks and a large container of antiseptic alcohol based hand solution available at check out.
