I was so impressed with Joel, one of the nicest and honest people I have worked with.

The staffs are helpful indeed. From setting appointments to a last minute air pump on my tires when it all have low pressure due to colder temperatures. I've been a customer for 2 years and I trust them to help me keep my car in tip top shape

Summer was awesome

My wife needed tires as soon as possible. She drives 50+ minutes each day to and from work along with having to do child care drop off and pick ups. We were not expecting the weather to take such a drastic turn and snow before October was over and as stated her tires were shot! Big O Tires were able to get us in immediately, were fast and even told us AND gave us the option to 'fix' the little things that were needed to be fixed (which we did) without pressuring us as some other places typically would. They laid out the prices nicely and there were no hidden fees. I knew what to expect when picking up the vehicle. I was very pleased with my experience and will be returning for future vehicle needs.
