Dropped off tire for repair, very friendly, called me when it was done and didn’t charge me for it!

This is going to be my "one stop shop"�! (Meaning: No more going one place for tires, another place for oil changes, etc.)

Called to check on tires for vehicle, Cooper tire was not in stock, discussed compatible tires and was given types, they were in stock, set up appointment for today. Went to store, got in right away, tires and wheel alignment completed in one hour. Manager was pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. Very satisfied with this store. Would recommend this store to anyone that asks.

Joel was amazing. He was real with me but also made me feel relaxed at my cars problem from hitting a curb. He was truly a highlight to my day and this whole mess. Thank you to Joel for taking care of me and my car! Amazing service.

I mis-read my calendar and arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. My car wa taken in right away and was finished 15 min after the original start time. Patrick and I chatted while my car was being worked on and he continued to work. It was enoyable and helped to pass the time as I waited. An issue known to me was 'discovered' which was nice. I will be taking care of that personally. I enjoy coming to the shop.

I usually go to the Rogers location. I made an appointment online because it said they were open. However the website was wrong. I called the next closest location and they were very friendly and got me in right away. THey were faster than normal and it was very nice.

I arrived for my oil change appointment and my vehicle was brought into the shop right away. I was out the door in an hour with the oil changed and alignment checked. Great Job!!!
