I came in with brake problems that thech could not duplicate. Instead of charging me for parts I don't need. They told me to keep an eye on on it and bring it back if the problem come back. No charge for the trouble shooting. Very honest company. I highly recommend them.

I was from out of town in dire need of service on a Saturday and the got me right in and fixed the problem in a timely and friendly manner and let me know of another less urgent matter that they could not fix that day but that I should have done in the future

I had a tire with a very slow leak. Big O found a very small nail in the center of the tread. They fixed it for no charge!
