The manager that checked my truck in at the Lakeville location was very friendly! The technician working in the back shop rotated the tires and changed my oil in a timely manner! A team service!

They did work as agreed. Had the opportunity to charge me more, but said alignment looked good and wasn't needed.

This is the only place I will personally take my vehicle; any other place and I have my husband do it. Why? Because most other places I have gone talk down to me as a woman dealing with car 'stuff,' make me feel stupid, and take advantage of me. I feel the opposite at Big O Tires. They are kind, curious, and play it straight. Highly recommend!

These guys were extremely busy when I came in asking for a new set of tires due to the nasty Minnesota weather we were having. They were able to work in my daughters car the next day (Sunday) and I knew it was a "work it in with all of the other previously scheduled appointments" but they did, promised the car to be ready at 1:00 p.m. and it was. I will be going back.

Corey and crew were an absolute life saver. We were trapped 5 hours from home, and no one was able to help us out. After calling no less than 20 places, they answered and were able to help us out right away. Super friendly and explained everything to me like I was a human being. Great experience.
