The Lakeville store was able to service my vehicle, while the Northfield store could not the day before. At least the Northfield technician suggested I try the Lakeville one.

I came in asking about tire deals and had a Goodyear rebate I had found on the Big O website. Technician helped me find a better deal on buy 2 get 2 with a tire that he considered to be a better quality. Service was quick and easy.

The team at the Lakeville location is awesome. I worked with Kara and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I received great service and will always come back.

I’ve been going to Big O tires for several years and I like the pricing and communication, so even though I live 60 miles away from the Lakeville location, I still return to them to get my tires rotated, wheels aligned and tires purchased. The alignment was completed in less than 30 minutes and I needed new tires which were available on the sport and before the hour was up, they had my vehicle ready and waited 5 minutes beyond closing for me to return.

Matt and Andy are the best at what they do. I drive 20 miles to get my car worked on by people I trust to get it done right the first time. I worked in the auto industry for 32years and they are the most professional people I know. I hope they are compensated for work so they never want to leave

The tech and front desk guys were really helpful! The tech was so friendly on the phone and in person. After blowing a Travel Trailer tire, having a nail in another and thread showing on a 3rd it is hard to stay smiling but this team made me somehow remain calm and satisfied. Thank you for such great customer service!!! Give ‘em a raise!!!!
