Andy Lindgren is exceptional at his job - every single time I've been in his shop he is welcoming, straightforward, professional and clear about what needs to be done and why. I've seriously recommended Lakeville Big O Tires dozens of times because of Andy's great customer service and the quality of work that the guys in the garage always do.

WOW is the first word that comes to my mind in the the way I was treated, recommendations and my auto was service, The team there, in my opinion, bent over backwards the make this a pleasurable experience. I certainly will return there for future service. Good job!

Super friendly staff at Lakeville Big O Tires; they explain what they are doing and the fix after complete (wheel alignment this time). They are very customer oriented - I trust them.

As a single mom the guys have been awesome helping me with all the cars that we have in our household! Always available for oil changes and helpful advice. They have also gone out of their way to do extra things for my kids cars for free just to show what an outstanding customer service you have there-great job glad you are in the neighborhood!

I went to big o tires to get an oil change and alignment.they found s couple of issues with my vehicle and was tooken care in a timely manner.the staff was polite and helpful and yes I will be going back if needed.thank you.

Very friendly staff. Communication was great. I was in and out of there insanely fast. Appointment was at noon I was called at 1230 and was told my car was done. Keep up the great work and attitudes
