Big O Tires

I love coming to this location they are always knowledgeable and passionate about helping people.

When our tire exploded l, Big O was the only place able to get us taken care of on a Sunday afternoon! In under an hour! Jordan took the call, met us outside as soon as we pulled up. What could have been a disaster, ended up being just a detour in our day. So grateful for Jordan and the Big O team!

I cannot tell from your survey question ratings if choice 1 is best or worst or if choice 5 is best or worst because it doesn"�t explain it. Whoever designed the survey did a poor job if you expect customers to rank their experience this way. It's unclear how to evaluate.
