Had new tire that continued to slowly leak over +6 months since purchased. Big O finally fixed the leak at no charge.

The only complaint I have is that I have previously wrote an email explaining that the previous oil change I got that they didn't tighten the oil cap all the way and my oil was leaking. It never got a response and when I mentioned what happened last time, the only response "So make sure to tighten it more this time". I didn't expect anything special done but it would've been nice to get a different response. I have been taking my car to this location for years and will continue, it just bugged me that it was pretty much blown off. I was leaking a lot of oil all over my garage and I eventually couldn't park in the garage anymore until we figured out what the problem was. I'm not great with cars and figured it was something with the car being old but when I opened the hood I could see the leak and untighten it with my hands with ease. We had to add oil back in and tighten it up and the problem was fixed.

They were able to get me in instantly after phone call. Then the service was very fast. They also went above and beyond on a stuck bolt, and used the torch. Then they explained this too in detail.

As an out of Towner I recd excellent service had a funny flapping noise on my car.thought it was a tire problem. Just happened to find the store open on a Sunday morning. They determined I had a flap under car in front they put in a couple screws to hold it in place and then came back and told me no charge. I will use big o tires in the future

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. While it was there, other issues were discovered. As always, issues were described in detail including what need to be taken care of now versus a month from now, or even months from now. As I always, I felt informed and not pressured. Excellent work and communication as always.

Great experience all around

My very first visit here at Big O Tires Melvin helped me out big time. I had a issue with my car and had to leave it over night. Melvin was precise and very kind. He communicated well with me over the problems he found with my car and he also was super quick with Getting it in and out back to me. Here I am today again and it’s the same results. I appreciate all that he do for me and others as well. Not always can you go somewhere without someone getting over on you. Especially if you don’t know much about cars

I had gotten tires at another location and there was an issue with the tire pressure light. The other location didn’t resolve the issue and the Lakeville location got me right in, explained the issue and rectified the situation. Thank you!! Excellent service!
