Big O Tires

This was my second time scheduling an appointment for an oil change and again I was very impressed with the outstanding customer service I received. I have no reservations about continuing to bring my business to the convienent location by my house. Even when calling to schedule the conversation was pleasant, professional and kind. The drop off and pick up hassle free knowing quality work was done on my car I baby! Thank you so much for making maintenance so easy and hassle free! -Darcy

I went to the big O tire location in Lakeville Minnesota because I was having tire issues. They were able to diagnose the uneven where in my tires was due to bent struts on the front. After replacing the tires I was given a quote for new front struts. I did check another auto shop for pricing and big O tire was very competitively priced. The other auto shop could not get the struts in as they were out of stock at their supplier. Big O tire was able to order the struts and gave me an estimate for delivery stating it would take five days for them to get them. To my surprise they called me a couple of days later to let me know that the struts had arrived. They were able to schedule me that day for an appointment to get the struts installed. During the installation they also identified an issue with the sway bars and we were able to take care of that issue as well.

All I can say is Wow! I got a flat tire while driving down the road and was panicking. I was luckily .5 miles away from BigOTires. I can in stressed and Andy quelled my fears right away! I had no appointment, but was helping a friend move today and just really stressed. He let me know not to worry, they would find a way to squeeze me in. He came out and looked at my tires and showed me the other ones were totally stripped and needing replacing as well. They happen to have 4 in stock of the ones I needed, so I decided to go ahead with it because of his great service. He also suggested an alignment which made sense purchasing all new ones. Also explained the warranty, which I also purchased. Although I spent much more than I planned, I was able to come get it in a few short hours, in a vehicle that I can feel safe driving now. I had what I thought was a slow leak. It ended up being a nail in the tire. I was able to get it taken care of today along with the other things that needed to be done.

Went in for my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take about an hour. 45 minutes later I was on my way.

I always get what I’m told and great service. And if there is something more it is always clearly stated and explained. Communication and service is huge at this location and why I will continue to drive to this one although I live 45 minutes away and pass probably 7 other Big O tires just to go to this one.
