Big O Tires

I brought in a set of 33x12.50R22"� tires to have installed on my truck. Customer service was great and work was timely. Will definitely come back. Price was comparable! Location is great for me!

They checked my electrical system cause my battery light was on. They were very friendly and said nothing was wrong and no charge. I felt they were honest and the fact they didn't charge me seemed like really good customer service!

Answer my question about the car

I called for new tires and was able to get them put in the next day just after a snow storm :-). They recommend a couple of other services while they had the car which I knew were needed but forgot.

I can't remember the gentleman's name that helped me out, but he was very friendly and quick to service my vehicle. Explained everything I asked in detail and really was a pleasure to be around. He was a younger male, I believe, short hair. Anywho, he has helped me before and he is always professional.

All my expectations were accomplished and the final cost was exactly as quoted and done properly.

I scheduled the appointment the night before and they acknowledged it the next morning. Everything went well. At the time of the online scheduling the price could have been better estimated. The final price was about $75 dollars more than the estimate. Otherwise very satisfied.

There was no record of my 2014 Sonata, all they had was my 2009 Sonata (which I haven't had for three years) and I have been bringing in the 2014 for all my oil changes. I was told that my sonata had started out with synthetic oil. That was NEVER mentioned in previous visits or from the dealership where I bought it. I asked for a brake check and was told the rotors may be warped, but it was not dangerous. When I asked what it would cost to fix, the answer was "to do both front and back would be about $700". I was rather taken aback, so I forgot to ask if that was just to fix the rotors or if that was a total brake job. I used to trust this place without question. I think I will start getting a second opinion. You may still have my business, but my recommendations to friends and family just got a little less enthusiastic.

Corey was awesome. He got back to me right away about comparable tires within an hour of requesting information since mine weren’t in stock and he got me in for service same day.

Appointments are not really honored. Your vehicle never gets in at appointment time. If you are waiting which I did 2 previous times it is very frustrating. I understand why, but seems a bit misleading. People are nice and they do good work. Always done right. So unwilling keep going.

Upfront and honest about other problems they found that were wrong with my vehicle and they did not pressure me on other products or services. Good communication about the process and where they were with working on my vehicle while I waited.
