Big O Tires

I took my flat tire in to be repaired. I dropped it off about 5 minutes before they closed and it was fixed and ready for me to pick it up when they opened at 8am on Saturday. Cost? It was FREE!!! The service manager told me that they do this as a free service. I had no idea. What an awesome service for people!!! What a way to earn more business. I'm totally taking my vehicles back here for tires and other services that they offer. Thank you everyone at Big O Tires in Lakeville!

We needed new tires for our 1996 Corvette. The tire size that was needed is unique, the Big O staff worked to find tires that fit the car and got them on order. Drop off, pick up were great. I used the website to schedule an appointment for new tires. I sent my appointment request at 7am on a Saturday and within an hour I had received a phone call and an email to confirm the correct tires and the appointment. I had my tires installed the same day. I had been looking all over town for these tires. I needed new tires ASAP and I was so relieved to find the tire I wanted and have them installed on such short notice. I didn’t bring the car in myself so I can’t comment much on that. But, I spoke with Corey over the phone to confirm the appointment. He was very helpful. Thanks so much for everything!

I got there right before closing time, but they took me in and helped with my vehicle issue right away. Super courteous and helpful. I had never been here before, but they treated me like I had been coming for years. Very impressed.
